Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00063 $0.00637
Opus 5 $0.00032 $0.00318
Sonnet 5 $0.00013 $0.00127
Haiku 4.5 $0.00006 $0.00064

Security

Grade A, and why

cuelabs-web-standard scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

CueLABS Web Standard

Implement the web surface from the product's current documentation and design artifacts. Preserve product character while enforcing shared engineering, accessibility, testing, and integration contracts.

Read the relevant references

  • Read references/web-implementation.md for architecture, tokens, MVC boundaries, routes, TEST_MODE, mocks, testing, accessibility, and implementation rules.
  • Read references/web-tooling.md for package scripts, linting, formatting, Vitest, Playwright, Tailwind, Next.js config, performance, SEO, and parity files.
  • Read references/marketing-parity.md only when touching marketing navigation, footer, themes, public links, or shared CueLABS copy.

Workflow

  1. Inspect repository instructions, .cuelabs/project.yaml, product docs, source, tests, and the referenced design artifact.
  2. Confirm the web surface is active. If it is planned, stop at design or planning unless the user explicitly asks to begin implementation.
  3. Determine the task layer:
    • foundations and tokens;
    • UI components;
    • public marketing;
    • dashboard/application routes;
    • models/controllers/network boundaries;
    • testing/tooling;
    • accessibility/performance/SEO.
  4. Read only the references needed for those layers.
  5. Reuse existing product components and tokens. Do not replace product design with a generic component kit.
  6. Keep views render-only, controllers responsible for orchestration, and models/repositories responsible for network access.
  7. Keep TEST_MODE behavior behind the standard provider and mock seams. Do not introduce production authentication merely to satisfy a web-only phase.
  8. Add or update unit, integration, and Playwright coverage for changed behavior.
  9. Verify with the repository's lint, typecheck, unit, build, and relevant e2e commands. Compare rendered output to the current design source when visual fidelity is in scope.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
