Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.00342 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00014 | $0.00137 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00068 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00034 |
Grade A, and why
design-review scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
What it actually says
Design Review
Codex port of Claude Code Game Studios /design-review.
Use this skill when the task matches the workflow described below. Keep the
Codex version lightweight: load references/claude-skill.md only when the
original detailed Claude workflow is needed.
Codex Workflow
- Read repository-local instructions first:
AGENTS.md,CLAUDE.md, the nearest path-scoped instructions (Assets/CLAUDE.mdfor Unity when present), and any referenced project docs. - Use this workflow's intent, but follow Codex tool and collaboration rules.
- Apply SOLID, Clean Code, clear English naming, dependency boundaries, and focused tests for new or changed expected behavior.
- When a Claude workflow mentions a custom agent, treat it as a role reference. Do the work locally unless the user explicitly asks for sub-agents or parallel agent work.
- For implementation tasks, make the change directly when the request is clear; ask only when a decision cannot be safely inferred from local context.
- Verify with the repository's available checks and summarize changed files, tests run, and residual risk.
Original Workflow Summary
Reviews a game design document for completeness, internal consistency, implementability, and adherence to project design standards. Run this before handing a design document to programmers.

What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

design-review is a skill published in the GitHub repository furkantokkan/agent-foundry (11 stars, last pushed 2d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 342 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-25.
Other skills, from other repositories
lens-review
Review a design artifact (GDD / vision / ADR / mechanic spec / prototype doc / any design document) through 100 game design lenses. Auto-picks 3-5 most relevant lenses based on artifact type, outputs multi-angle insights + multiple directions with explicit trade-offs (no single prescribed answer). Hedged tone, not…
ux-design
Guided, section-by-section UX spec authoring for a screen, flow, or HUD. Reads game concept, player journey, and relevant GDDs to provide context-aware design guidance. Produces ux-spec.md (per screen/flow) or hud-design.md using the studio templates.
ux-review
Validates a UX spec, HUD design, or interaction pattern library for completeness, accessibility compliance, GDD alignment, and implementation readiness. Produces APPROVED / NEEDS REVISION / MAJOR REVISION NEEDED verdict with specific gaps.
art-bible
Guided, section-by-section Art Bible authoring. Creates the visual identity specification that gates all asset production. Run after /brainstorm is approved and before /map-systems or any GDD authoring begins.
unity-ui-patterns
Unity UI/UX pattern design-to-code translation. Screen flow architecture, View/ViewModel separation, HUD architecture, feedback & juice systems, dynamic list/grid views, transition & animation contracts. UI Toolkit only. DESIGN INTENT format: INTENT/WRONG/RIGHT/SCAFFOLD/DESIGN HOOK. Based on Unity 6.3 LTS.
unity-ui
Unity 6 UI development guide. Use when building user interfaces, menus, HUD, buttons, or any UI elements. Covers UI Toolkit (recommended for new projects — USS, UXML, UI Builder, data binding), uGUI/Canvas (legacy runtime UI), and IMGUI. Based on Unity 6.3 LTS documentation.
