studio-production-planning

studio-production-planning is a skill for Codex from hoatv2211/GameStudio-CodexKIT. It costs 43 tokens per session (808 once invoked), scanned A, a copy of audio-content-pipeline-review, MIT.

A planning guide for a game milestone, a defined delivery target, covering scope, schedule, staffing, dependencies, risks, and acceptance checks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to map workstreams, owners, capacity, dependencies, critical-path work, confidence, and the expected delivery date.
Why use it?
It turns a broad milestone into an evidence-based delivery plan and makes missing information or unresolved risks visible.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00043 $0.00808
Opus 5 $0.00022 $0.00404
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00162
Haiku 4.5 $0.00004 $0.00081

Security

Grade A, and why

studio-production-planning scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Studio Production Planning

Overview

Provide an evidence-first contract for milestone scope, staffing, schedule, dependencies, critical path, confidence, and delivery forecast.

When to use

Use only for the trigger conditions in the description and when the requested artifact needs explicit owners, evidence, limitations, and verification.

When NOT to use

Do not use for one feature breakdown, detailed task assignment, or release go/no-go.

Required inputs and context discovery

Collect exact project and build identity, requested scope, owners, dependencies, constraints, existing evidence, commands, artifact paths, risks, approvals, rollback or recovery, and unavailable information.

Safety and risk level

Risk level is low. Read-only review never authorizes mutation. Any load, rollout, publication, service, database, credential, or external-system action requires explicit human approval and bounded stop conditions.

Workflow

  1. Bind the plan to a milestone goal, scope, constraints, and target date. Completion criterion: evidence is recorded and unresolved items are explicit.
  2. Map workstreams, owners, capacity, dependencies, and integration points. Completion criterion: evidence is recorded and unresolved items are explicit.
  3. Build a critical path with confidence ranges and explicit schedule assumptions. Completion criterion: evidence is recorded and unresolved items are explicit.
  4. Define milestone gates, change control, escalation thresholds, and reporting cadence. Completion criterion: evidence is recorded and unresolved items are explicit.
  5. Publish a forecast with blockers, decisions, and next review date. Completion criterion: evidence is recorded and unresolved items are explicit.

Evidence and output contract

Produce production-plan.json with scope, snapshot, findings, owners, commands and exit codes, artifacts, acceptance criteria, Verified facts, Snapshot assumptions, Unverified hypotheses, BLOCKED items, and next actions.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
