codexkit-strategy-scorecard-builder

codexkit-strategy-scorecard-builder is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from hoavdc/CodexKit. It costs 69 tokens per session (657 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A strategy planning aid that turns company goals into a balanced scorecard, strategy map, measurable objectives, and linked initiatives. It connects financial, customer, process, and capability goals.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to align leadership around strategic priorities, connect OKRs to outcomes, prioritize initiatives, and create a management dashboard.
Why use it?
It removes the gap between broad strategy and quarterly execution by defining measures, targets, owners, and review rules. It also exposes missing measures, conflicting priorities, and overloaded initiatives.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00069 $0.00657
Opus 5 $0.00034 $0.00329
Sonnet 5 $0.00014 $0.00131
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00066

Security

Grade A, and why

codexkit-strategy-scorecard-builder scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Strategy Scorecard Builder

Purpose

Turn strategy language into a measurable operating system that leaders can review and steer.

When to use

  • A company or function needs a balanced scorecard or strategy map.
  • Leadership wants objectives, measures, and initiatives tied together.
  • Teams need to bridge strategy into quarterly execution.

When not to use

  • The request is a loose ideation session with no horizon or accountability.
  • The user only needs a generic KPI list with no strategy context.

Inputs

  • strategic themes, ambition, and leadership priorities
  • current KPIs, customer outcomes, and financial goals
  • process bottlenecks and capability gaps
  • current initiatives or portfolio constraints

Procedure

  1. Clarify the strategic themes and the change they are meant to create.
  2. Build the logic chain across financial, customer, process, and capability layers.
  3. Define a small set of measures, targets, and owners for each theme.
  4. Link initiatives and quarterly OKRs to the scorecard instead of treating them separately.
  5. Highlight conflicts, missing measures, and overloaded initiative portfolios.
  6. Recommend a review cadence and escalation logic.

Output

  • strategy map
  • balanced scorecard table
  • OKR and initiative bridge
  • review cadence and ownership model
  • open gaps or decisions

Definition of done

  • Measures and targets clearly support the strategy.
  • Owners and review cadence are explicit.
  • The output shows how strategy connects to execution.

Examples

  • "Design a balanced scorecard for our operations and customer teams."
  • "Translate this strategy deck into a scorecard and quarterly execution bridge."

Quality Criteria

  • All claims reference specific frameworks, standards, or quantifiable data
  • Content matches the stated audience's expertise level
  • Recommendations are actionable — each includes a concrete next step
  • No unsupported assertions or generic filler language

Verification (4C)

Check Question
Correctness Do referenced frameworks and standards match their official definitions?
Completeness Are all key concepts covered without significant gaps for the stated audience?
Context-fit Would this be useful for someone new to this domain, or is it too advanced/too basic?
Consequence If a stakeholder acted on this immediately, what could they misinterpret?

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
