acceptance-criteria-mapper

acceptance-criteria-mapper is a skill for Codex from jeremylongworth-source/AgentSkills. It costs 49 tokens per session (295 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A method for turning broad goals into observable pass-or-fail checks. It maps each requirement to evidence such as a file, test, reviewer note, citation, trace, or command result.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to define acceptance criteria for skills, bundles, features, or workflows, including evidence requirements, safety limits, assumptions, and validation methods.
Why use it?
It removes vague acceptance standards and makes it clear how each requirement will be verified. It also separates required behavior from optional quality signals and unsafe judgments.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00049 $0.00295
Opus 5 $0.00024 $0.00148
Sonnet 5 $0.00010 $0.00059
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00030

Security

Grade A, and why

acceptance-criteria-mapper scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Acceptance Criteria Mapper

Core Workflow

  1. Identify the artifact, audience, and decision the criteria must support.
  2. Convert broad goals into observable pass/fail checks.
  3. Separate required behavior, optional quality signals, and out-of-scope expectations.
  4. Add evidence requirements for each criterion: file, output, test, reviewer note, citation, trace, or command result.
  5. Include safety and refusal criteria for high-risk workflows.
  6. Flag criteria that are too subjective, too broad, or dependent on private data.

Safety Rules

  • Do not convert legal, financial, medical, security, or employment judgment into automatic approval criteria.
  • Do not mark criteria satisfied without evidence.
  • Do not use vague criteria such as "looks good" without observable checks.

Deliverable Shape

For criteria maps, provide:

  • Artifact and audience
  • Required acceptance criteria
  • Optional quality criteria
  • Evidence required
  • Safety/refusal criteria
  • Open assumptions
  • Validation method

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
