Intelligent Terminal is an experimental fork of Windows Terminal that adds native support for AI agents through the Agent Client Protocol. It is for Windows users who want to manage compatible agent command-line tools alongside terminal tabs, profiles, themes, shells, and keyboard shortcuts, and the catalogue entries provide instructions, skills, hooks, and a plugin for working with it.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00046 | $0.04061 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.01624 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00812 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00005 | $0.00406 |
Grade A, and why
ensure-localization scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 322 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Ensure Localization
Use this shared procedure for customer-facing localization. The caller supplies the goal, scope, and permitted edits; PR or workflow context is not required.
Product consistency
Keep terminology consistent within each locale and across RESW and localization YAML for the same product. Grammar may vary with context, but established product keywords should not alternate between unrelated translations.
Language-quality acceptance
For every scoped customer-facing value in a real non-English locale, the final text must actually be in that locale's target language. Copying the English source or leaving a provisional English fallback is not a repair, even when all six checks pass. English locales, source-authoritative locks, and legitimate identical names or technical terms are allowed exceptions; translate the unlocked surrounding words.
Caller context
The caller owns repository or PR context, trusted revisions, skip policy, automation allowlists, and safe-output rules. This skill owns only the reusable file-based localization procedure.
Resources
- File checker:
./scripts/localization_checks.ps1
Supported files
The skill applies to localization resources regardless of their location. The
checker supports .resw and flat locale .yml files; other YAML structures need
an appropriate parser, not conversion merely to satisfy this checker.
Discover source and target files using the caller's context and existing layout.
In this repository, en-US files and direct resource files are common source
authorities; these are conventions, not mandatory checker paths.
Do not edit source-authority files just to make translations pass.
Source-authoring guidance
- Add translator context when wording is ambiguous or depends on UI usage, such as a noun versus a command. Explain the meaning and placeholder roles; avoid boilerplate comments for obvious strings.
- Use
{Locked}when the whole value must remain literal, and{Locked="token"}for invariant parts such as product names, protocol names, commands, or paths. Use locale-scoped locks only when the exception genuinely applies to those locales; do not exempt entire pseudo-locales by default. - Put guidance in the resource's
<comment>for RESW or its associated YAML comment. Preserve annotations in target files where the format requires them. - When source edits are not permitted, report missing or contradictory source guidance instead of silently changing source files or inventing meaning. Mechanical checks preserve declared locks; they cannot decide which annotations a new string needs.
What ships with it
3 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

ensure-localization is a skill published in the GitHub repository microsoft/intelligent-terminal (2,056 stars, last pushed today), licensed MIT. It adds 46 tokens to every session and 4,061 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-09-10.

video-translate
Translate and dub existing videos into multiple languages using HeyGen. Use when: (1) Translating a video into another language, (2) Dubbing video content with lip-sync, (3) Creating multi-language versions of existing videos, (4) Audio-only translation without lip-sync, (5) Working with HeyGen's /v2/videotranslate…
configure-coddy
Change Coddy's own configuration when the user asks for it: edit settings, providers, models, logging, permissions, or find, install, update, and remove MCP servers and skills. Stages UCI-style commands for config.yaml and commits only after the user confirms saving; MCP servers are entries of the mcp.json files. Load…
crossreview
Run when the user invokes /crossreview (or /crossreview:setup to choose the reviewers) or asks for a cross-review, a quorum review or a second opinion from other agents or models: fan a code review (uncommitted work, a branch, a commit range, files, a plan or a document) out to several console code agents (Claude…
copperhead
Change or verify a KiCad project through copperhead's gated pipeline. Use whenever a task touches .kicadsch or .kicadpcb files, a schematic, a PCB layout, a netlist, ERC/DRC, a BOM, or hardware design docs — instead of editing those files directly.
rpa-init
Run when the user invokes /rpa-init or asks to onboard or warm up context on a repository. The agent studies code, reads documentation and test code, sets up the dev environment as the project expects, runs tests, and writes a short project report. No extra user brief is required.
make-skill
A guided workflow for turning a conversation's solution into a reusable skill for coding agents.
