Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

Which wallet stack (arbitration)
three.ws runs two wallet stacks. Pick one deterministically — never move funds through a signing path the user didn't ask for:
- This stack (awal / three.ws-native) — the default. Use it for every send unless the user explicitly opts into OKX. It signs from the platform's own
awalwallet. - OKX
onchainosstack (okx-agentic-wallet) — use only when the user names OKX, OnchainOS, the OKX Agentic Wallet, an OKX-managed account, or an OKX-specific chain/venue (e.g. X Layer). Then hand off tookx-agentic-walletand do not send from here.
Chain overlap (both stacks reach Base/Solana) does not decide this — the named wallet/venue does.
