send-usdc

A tool for sending USDC, ETH, POL, or SOL to a blockchain address or an ENS name on Base, Polygon, or Solana. ENS is a human-readable name such as vitalik.eth that can point to a wallet address.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to transfer supported tokens to wallet addresses or ENS names on the supported networks.
Why use it?
It avoids manually building and signing token transfers when you need to pay, donate, tip, or send funds to someone.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5 $0.00157 $0.01778
Opus 5 $0.00078 $0.00889
Sonnet 5 $0.00031 $0.00356
Haiku 4.5 $0.00016 $0.00178

Security

Grade A, and why

send-usdc scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 2d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Sending Tokens

Use the npx [email protected] send command to transfer tokens from the wallet to any address on Base, Polygon, or Solana.

Which wallet stack (arbitration)

three.ws runs two wallet stacks. Pick one deterministically — never move funds through a signing path the user didn't ask for:

  • This stack (awal / three.ws-native) — the default. Use it for every send unless the user explicitly opts into OKX. It signs from the platform's own awal wallet.
  • OKX onchainos stack (okx-agentic-wallet) — use only when the user names OKX, OnchainOS, the OKX Agentic Wallet, an OKX-managed account, or an OKX-specific chain/venue (e.g. X Layer). Then hand off to okx-agentic-wallet and do not send from here.

Chain overlap (both stacks reach Base/Solana) does not decide this — the named wallet/venue does.

Confirm wallet is initialized and authed

npx [email protected] status

If the wallet is not authenticated, refer to the authenticate-wallet skill.

Command Syntax

npx [email protected] send <amount> <recipient> [--chain <chain>] [--asset <asset>] [--json]

Arguments

Argument Description
amount Amount to send: '$1.00', '1.00', or atomic units (1000000 = $1). Always single-quote amounts that use $ to prevent bash variable expansion. If the number looks like atomic units (no decimal or > 100), treat as atomic units. Assume that people won't be sending more than 100 USDC the majority of the time
recipient Ethereum address (0x...), ENS name (vitalik.eth), or Solana address (Base58)

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

send-usdc is a skill published in the GitHub repository nirholas/three.ws (107 stars, last pushed 3d ago), licensed Apache-2.0. It adds 157 tokens to every session and 1,778 once invoked, about $0.0008 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
