CocoPlus is an Agentic Operating System for Snowflake Coco. It brings structured, multi-agent workflows to data engineering projects — covering everything from project initialization through spec, plan, build, test, review, and ship phases.

Enter the Build phase of CocoBrew. Reads plan.md, invokes CocoHarvest to decompose the plan into parallel workstreams, assigns personas, generates flow.json stages, and begins execution via $flow run. Must have $plan completed and approved first.
Enter the Plan phase of CocoBrew. Runs CocoSpec quality gate pre-flight, reads spec.md and discuss.md (if present), invokes Coco native plan mode as a mandatory gate, captures the approved plan to plan.md, creates initial flow.json template, and commits. Must have $spec completed first.
Enter the Review phase of CocoBrew. Aggregates findings from Code Quality Advisor, CocoCupper intelligence, spec compliance check, and decision coverage gate. Produces review.md with decision points. Requires developer approval before $ship can proceed.
Enter the Ship phase of CocoBrew. Reads review.md approval, generates structured commit, creates semantic version tag, optionally creates PR via gh CLI, and records deployment details. Requires approved review.
Enter the Spec phase of CocoBrew. Guides the developer through structured requirements capture: goal, success criteria, constraints, personas involved, data sources, and deliverables. Writes spec.md to .cocoplus/lifecycle/ and creates a git commit.
Enter the Test phase of CocoBrew. Reads spec.md test requirements, generates test cases, executes SQL validation and quality checks, records results in test.md. Can be re-run without full rebuild. Requires Build phase completion.
Guided wizard to capture or update organizational Snowflake/Cortex standards into .cocoplus/context/ .md. Presents a menu of 6 standard types, collects answers via multi-turn dialogue, and commits the file.
