skyrimvr-claude-toolkit: Skill for Claude Code

.claude/skills/skyrim-audio/SKILL.md

skyrim-audio is a skill for Claude Code from WingedGuardian/skyrimvr-claude-toolkit. It costs 25 tokens per session (278 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A command skill for processing Skyrim voice and sound files, including FUZ containers, XWM audio, and WAV files. A FUZ file combines compressed sound with optional lip-sync data for character facial animation.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect audio, extract a FUZ file, convert WAV to XWM, or create a FUZ file with optional lip-sync data.
Why use it?
It avoids manually unpacking, converting, and repacking Skyrim audio files in the required formats.

This is WingedGuardian/skyrimvr-claude-toolkit's own configuration. It tells Claude Code how to work on skyrimvr-claude-toolkit itself, so it is not a mod to install elsewhere. Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00025 $0.00278
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00139
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00056
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00028

Security

Grade A, and why

skyrim-audio scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Audio File Operations

Use the AutoMod CLI for voice/sound file processing. Always use --json for output.

bash tools/automod-cli.sh audio <command> [args] --json

Commands

  • audio info <path> — display file details
  • audio extract-fuz <fuz-path> --output <dir> — extract FUZ into XWM + LIP components
  • audio create-fuz <xwm-path> [--lip <lip-path>] --output <fuz-path> — pack XWM (+LIP) into FUZ
  • audio wav-to-xwm <wav-path> --output <xwm-path> — convert WAV to XWM format

FUZ File Structure

Skyrim voice files are .fuz — a container holding:

  • XWM: the compressed audio (XWMA format)
  • LIP: lip-sync data for NPC facial animation

To replace a voice line: WAV → XWM → FUZ (with matching LIP if lip-sync needed).

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

skyrim-audio is a skill published in the GitHub repository WingedGuardian/skyrimvr-claude-toolkit (14 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 25 tokens to every session and 278 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
