arbitration-drafter

arbitration-drafter is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from 90le/worker-rights-cn. It costs 77 tokens per session (827 once invoked), scanned A, original, Apache-2.0.

A drafting tool for preparing worker-side labor-arbitration materials in mainland China from verified case facts, claims, calculations, evidence, and source references. Labor arbitration is a formal process for resolving an employment dispute.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to draft an arbitration application and evidence directory covering the parties, jurisdiction, requests, reasons, supporting documents, and source references.
Why use it?
It helps organize a case into usable documents while marking missing proof as an evidence gap instead of presenting uncertain details as facts.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00077 $0.00827
Opus 5 $0.00039 $0.00413
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00165
Haiku 4.5 $0.00008 $0.00083

Security

Grade A, and why

arbitration-drafter scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/run_arbitration_cases.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Arbitration Drafter

Overview

Create an editable labor arbitration application draft and evidence directory. The output must be grounded in facts, claim calculations, evidence status, and source-card anchors.

Workflow

  1. Accept only normalized input supplied by the orchestrator and return only this skill's documented output. Do not ask the user to select or chain internal skills. Report missing fields to the orchestrator.
  2. Consume the orchestrator-provided termination classification and source anchors.
  3. Consume orchestrator-validated claim ranges and formulas.
  4. Consume the orchestrator-provided evidence checklist and evidence gaps.
  5. Consume orchestrator-provided agreement findings when resignation, settlement, non-compete, service-period, waiver, or payment terms affect the claim.
  6. Read references/arbitration-draft-schema.json and structure the draft by applicant, respondent, jurisdiction, requests, facts, evidence, and source anchors.
  7. Mark weak or missing facts as evidence_gap instead of writing them as proven.

Drafting Rules

  • Draft in worker-side plain Chinese unless the user asks for another language.
  • Separate arbitration_requests, facts_and_reasons, evidence_directory, and filing_checks.
  • Each request must include amount, formula, factual basis, evidence IDs, and source anchors where available.
  • Keep requests specific enough to file but editable for local tribunal forms.
  • Do not include fabricated facts, inflated amounts without formula, or evidence not provided or lawfully obtainable.
  • If limitation period, jurisdiction, identity of employer, or respondent entity is uncertain, mark lawyer_check.

Output Format

Return:

  • draft_status: ready_for_review, needs_facts, lawyer_check, not_ready, or review_draft_not_final.
  • filing_gate_status: usually blocked_until_pre_filing_checks_complete until local form, jurisdiction, evidence attachments, limitation, and lawyer/local professional review are complete.
  • not_final_filing_document: true unless a qualified professional has reviewed and adapted the local filing form.
  • lawyer_review_required: true for any filing-ready or application-style text.
  • filing_court_or_commission: labor arbitration commission candidates and jurisdiction basis.
  • parties: applicant and respondent details; list missing identity fields.
  • arbitration_requests: numbered requests with amount/formula/source anchors/evidence IDs.
  • facts_and_reasons: concise chronology and legal basis, with uncertainty labels.
  • evidence_directory: evidence number, name, purpose, status, source, and related request.
  • filing_checks: limitation, jurisdiction, copies, identity materials, respondent count, and local form checks.
  • draft_application_text: editable Chinese arbitration application draft.
  • risk_flags: near limitation, wrong respondent, missing wage basis, missing written reason, signed waiver, non-compete, protected status, or high amount.
  • next_skill: usually evidence-builder, compensation-calculator, agreement-review, or negotiation-coach.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
