Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00071 | $0.00666 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00036 | $0.00333 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00133 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00007 | $0.00067 |
Grade A, and why
safety-guardrails scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 54 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Safety Guardrails
Overview
Classify risky labor-rights requests into refusal, rewrite, lawyer-check, or proceed-with-caution paths. Convert unsafe user intent into lawful evidence-based alternatives with source-card anchors.
Workflow
- Read
references/redline-policy.json. - Classify the user request into one or more
risk_categories. - Apply the strictest
decisionfrom the matched categories. - Refuse blocked assistance when required, but offer a lawful alternative.
- Route safe follow-up work to
evidence-builder,negotiation-coach,agreement-review,arbitration-drafter, orcompensation-calculator. - Include
source_anchorsfor legal or procedural bases.
Decision priority:
refuse_and_redirect: do not provide instructions, templates, wording, or operational steps for the unsafe act.rewrite_with_limits: remove unsupported facts or risky pressure tactics and draft only a factual, lawful version.lawyer_check: stop short of tactical advice when the action may affect criminal, privacy, confidentiality, non-compete, or evidence-spoliation exposure.proceed_with_caution: continue only with lawful evidence preservation and fact separation.
Output Format
Return:
safety_decision: refuse_and_redirect, rewrite_with_limits, lawyer_check, or proceed_with_caution.risk_categories: matched policy category ids and short reasons.blocked_content: what must not be drafted or operationalized.lawful_alternative: concrete safe next step, phrased for the worker.allowed_next_steps: evidence, negotiation, agreement, complaint, arbitration, or lawyer-review actions.source_anchors:SOURCE-ID#artNanchors supporting the boundary or safe path.next_skill: recommended skill after the safety decision.
Drafting Rules
- Do not give step-by-step help for fabricating, altering, deleting, hiding, or backdating evidence.
- Do not draft threats, blackmail, harassment, doxxing, public-shaming pressure, or unlawful retaliation.
- Do not advise copying unrelated company data, source code, customer lists, trade secrets, or third-party personal information.
- Do not help evade valid confidentiality, service-period, or non-compete duties; instead request scope, payment, release, or lawyer review.
- Do not promise arbitration, complaint, litigation, or settlement outcomes.
- Separate confirmed facts from suspected facts, estimates, and claims needing proof.
- Keep lawful alternatives specific: preserve original records, request written reasons, ask for itemized payments, file a labor-authority complaint, prepare arbitration claims, or seek lawyer review.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

safety-guardrails is a skill published in the GitHub repository 90le/worker-rights-cn (94 stars, last pushed 1mo ago), licensed Apache-2.0.
