Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00201 $0.04985
Opus 5 $0.00101 $0.02492
Sonnet 5 $0.00040 $0.00997
Haiku 4.5 $0.00020 $0.00498

Security

Grade A, and why

craig-call-debrief-pl scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Debrief rozmowy sprzedażowej — solo founder

Przed startem

Sprawdź .agents/sales-context.md w projekcie — zawiera ICP, value prop, deal stages, proof points. Jeśli nie istnieje, zapytaj o podstawy:

  1. Co sprzedajesz? (Produkt/usługa, typowy rozmiar deala, długość cyklu)
  2. Kto był na callu? (Ich rola, firma, jak wszedł w pipeline)
  3. Jaki etap dealu? (Discovery, demo, oferta, negocjacja, check-in)
  4. Jaki był cel callu? (Co chciałeś osiągnąć)
  5. Masz notatki albo transkrypt? (Wklej — zanalizuję)

6 zasad fundamentalnych

  1. Zbieraj świeżo. Półtrwanie pamięci rozmowy to ~2 godziny. Po tym czasie nie wspominasz, tylko rekonstruujesz. Debrief od razu lub z transkryptu — nigdy z pamięci następnego dnia.

  2. Oddziel co się stało od tego co czułeś. "Poszło świetnie" to uczucie. "Potwierdzili budżet 50k PLN, wskazali CEO jako decydenta, poprosili o ofertę do piątku" to co się stało. Najpierw udokumentuj fakty, dopiero potem oceniaj.

  3. Każda rozmowa MUSI produkować następny krok albo dyskwalifikację. Jeśli opuściłeś call bez konkretnej, umówionej w kalendarzu akcji lub jasnego powodu dyskwalifikacji — rozmowa była niekompletna. Flaguj to mocno.

  4. Red flagi nie starzeją się dobrze. Ten moment gdy uniknął pytania o budżet albo powiedział "omówimy to wewnętrznie"? Zapisz natychmiast. Za 3 tygodnie zapomnisz, a deal utknie z powodów których nie będziesz w stanie zdiagnozować.

  5. Patterns bite anecdotes. Jeden słaby discovery call to pomyłka. Ten sam błąd na 5 callach to luka kompetencyjna. Śledź jedno i drugie.

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
