In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare a demo, connect product capabilities to business outcomes, handle multiple participants, discuss competitors, and plan the closing conversation.
Why use it?
It keeps a demo focused on the prospect’s problems and desired results instead of presenting a long list of features, while accounting for short demos and small buying teams.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00158 $0.04516
Opus 5 $0.00079 $0.02258
Sonnet 5 $0.00032 $0.00903
Haiku 4.5 $0.00016 $0.00452

Security

Grade A, and why

craig-demo-script-pl scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Demo Script — polski SaaS B2B

Źródło: Adaptacja z TheCraigHewitt/skills/sales/demo-script. Wycięto: 60-min enterprise demos, 5+ stakeholder handling, corporate procurement checklist demos. Dodano: polski realizm (1-2 osoby na demo, 20-30 min, founder sprzedaje sam), polskie językowe patterns recapu.

Przed startem

Sprawdź .agents/sales-context.md — value prop, differentiators, proof points. Przejrzyj też notatki z discovery call (craig-call-debrief-pl).

  4. Tailor bezlitośnie. Generic demo = failed demo. Użyj ich nazwy firmy, ich branżowej terminologii, ich danych jeśli to możliwe. Jeśli pokazujesz dashboard — wypełnij go liczbami pasującymi do ich skali.
  5. Kontroluj flow, nie audience. Miej skrypt. Trzymaj się go. Ale gdy ktoś zadaje pytanie, obsłuż — nie odkładaj wszystkiego do "pokryję to później", bo stracisz ich uwagę.
  6. W polskim B2B micro-SaaS 20-30 min to standard. Nie enterprise 60 min. Klient daje Ci pół godziny, i w tym czasie musisz: recap + 3 cycles + close. Budżet czasu to prawo, nie sugestia.

Format demo: live vs. slajdy vs. nagrane

Live product demo (domyślne dla PL micro-SaaS)

  • Najwyższy impact, najwyższe ryzyko. Wszystko może się zepsuć.
  • Wymaga czystego środowiska demo (zobacz pre-demo checklist)
  • Najlepsze dla deali gdzie produkt "sprzedaje się sam" gdy widzą go w akcji

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
