A sales-proposal and pricing guide for small Polish B2B SaaS companies. SaaS means software sold as an online service; the guide uses three pricing options, value-based explanations, and follow-up planning.

In plain words
What is it for?
Creating Polish-language proposals, building three-tier pricing packages, justifying return on investment, writing executive summaries, and planning follow-ups.
Why use it?
It helps turn an agreed sales conversation into a clear offer and avoids presenting a price without explaining the customer’s problem and expected value.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00186 $0.04158
Opus 5 $0.00093 $0.02079
Sonnet 5 $0.00037 $0.00832
Haiku 4.5 $0.00019 $0.00416

Measured 12d ago against content hash 0e23bc0bbbdf, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

craig-proposal-pricing-pl scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Pakiet ofertowy — polski SaaS B2B (299-4999 PLN/mies)

Źródło: Adaptacja z TheCraigHewitt/skills/sales/proposal-pricing (Craig Hewitt, founder Castos). Usunięto enterprise (RFP, SOW 10-sekcyjne, MAP dla 5+ stakeholders). Dodano polski kontekst.

Przed startem

Sprawdź czy istnieje .agents/sales-context.md w projekcie — zawiera ICP, value prop, proof points, pricing model. Jeśli jest, użyj go.

  2. Cena jest zawsze relatywna. Kotwicz wysoko, uzasadniaj wartością. Nigdy nie zaczynaj od ceny. Zaczynaj od kosztu ich problemu. Gdy SaaS za 499 PLN/mies rozwiązuje problem kosztujący klienta 10 000 PLN/mies, cena wygląda śmiesznie nisko. Bez kontekstu — drogo.
  3. Trzy opcje biją jedną. Pojedyncza cena = "bierz albo odchodź". Trzy tiery dają klientowi poczucie kontroli i prawie zawsze popychają do środkowego. To anchoring, to działa.

Deal size (mies.) Długość oferty Kiedy
299-999 PLN/mies 3 strony Self-service z opcjonalnym asystentem. Exec summary + pricing + next steps. Pominąć problem/solution jeśli klient sam zgłosił zainteresowanie (inbound)
999-2499 PLN/mies 4-5 stron Standard dla MH, CMH, SEO Specjalista, Lead Generator. Pełna struktura: exec summary, problem, solution, proof, pricing, next steps
2499-4999 PLN/mies 5-7 stron Agencja/pakiet, możliwa negocjacja. Dołóż case study + implementation timeline
>5000 PLN/mies Poza scope tego skilla Dla większych deali (Wizimirski Ekofinn) zastosuj klasyczne podejście enterprise — patrz oryginał Craig'a

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
