sales-context

sales-context is a skill for Claude Code from DariuszCiesielski/polish-agent-skills. It costs 99 tokens per session (3,659 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A sales-planning guide for software sold as a service, or SaaS. It builds reference material about the ideal customer, the product’s value, evidence, objections, competitors, and how to position the offer.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to prepare for outreach, demos, discovery calls, negotiations, and other SaaS sales activities.
Why use it?
It gives sales work a shared factual foundation instead of requiring separate messages and arguments for every conversation.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00099 $0.03659
Opus 5 $0.00049 $0.01829
Sonnet 5 $0.00020 $0.00732
Haiku 4.5 $0.00010 $0.00366

Measured 12d ago against content hash 008a7de40b47, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

sales-context scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

Sales Context — Fundament sprzedaży SaaS

Generuje zestaw 6 plików sprzedażowych per projekt SaaS. Fundament dla cold email, discovery call, demo i negocjacji. Odpowiednik product-marketing-context ale dla sprzedaży bezpośredniej.

Kiedy używać

  • Przygotowujesz się do sprzedaży SaaS (outreach, demo, rozmowy)
  • Brak spójnych materiałów sprzedażowych
  • Przed kampanią cold email / cold call
  • Użytkownik mówi: "jak sprzedawać", "sales playbook", "przygotuj do sprzedaży"

Zależności

  • Wymagane: /docs/PRODUCT.md, /docs/ICP.md (lub product-marketing-contextfeatures.md, competitor-analysis.md)
  • Opcjonalne: voice-profile → ton sprzedawcy, pricing-strategy → model cenowy

Proces

Krok 1: Zbierz dane

Przeczytaj istniejący kontekst (PRODUCT.md, ICP.md, features.md). Zapytaj o brakujące:

  1. Kim jest kupujący? (rola, tytuł, wielkość firmy, branża)
  2. Jaki problem rozwiązujesz? (3 główne bóle)
  3. Dlaczego teraz? (trigger event — co sprawia że szukają rozwiązania)
  4. Kto decyduje? (decision maker vs user vs champion)
  5. Jaki budżet? (range, model cenowy)
  6. Kto jest konkurencją? (bezpośrednia i pośrednia — np. Excel, manual process)

Krok 2: Wygeneruj 6 plików

Zapisz w docs/sales/:

1. icp-sales.md — Ideal Customer Profile (sprzedażowy)
# ICP — Profil idealnego klienta

## Firmografia
| Parametr | Idealny | Akceptowalny | Disqualify |
|----------|---------|-------------|------------|
| Wielkość | [X-Y pracowników] | [szerszy range] | [za mali/duzi] |
| Branża | [top 3 branże] | [powiązane] | [nieodpowiednie] |
| Przychód | [range] | [szerszy] | [poniżej progu] |
| Lokalizacja | [PL / DACH / EU] | [global] | — |

## Persony kupujące

### Zasada: persony to empathy engine, nie profil demograficzny

*Adaptacja z TheCraigHewitt/buyer-persona.* Najczęstszy błąd w personach SaaS to mylenie demografii z zachowaniem.

**ŹLE (bezużyteczne):**
> Marketing Maria, 35-45 lat, lubi jogę, aktywna na LinkedIn, ceni work-life balance, preferuje maile.

> Head of Demand Gen w polskim SaaS (10-50 osób). Odpowiada za liczbę leadów do sales, obwiniana kiedy pipeline kuleje. 60% czasu broni budżetu przed CEO. Testowała 2 narzędzia attribution — żadne nie dało odpowiedzi którym CFO by uwierzył.

- **Gdzie szuka:** [LinkedIn / konferencje / polecenia / grupy FB]

### Persona 2: [Tytuł] — Blocker (najczęstsza przyczyna stalla)
- **Dlaczego blokuje:** [budżet / status quo / IT / compliance]

1. [Zmiana w firmie — nowy CTO, funding, merger]
2. [Problem operacyjny — skalowanie, błędy, koszty]
3. [Deadline zewnętrzny — regulacje, audyt, kontrakt]

## Disqualification criteria
- [Za mały budżet / za mała skala]
- [Brak decision makera w pipeline]
- [Konkurencyjny kontrakt do [data]]
