Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00484 | $0.05621 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00242 | $0.02811 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00097 | $0.01124 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00048 | $0.00562 |
Grade A, and why
gingiris-b2b-growth scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 4d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 330 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
B2B SaaS Growth — PLG / SLG Playbook
Podcast-derived stage evidence and claim boundaries: references/podcast-evidence.md.
"People like it but revenue isn't growing" is rarely one problem. It's usually a mis-matched motion: a PLG product run with an SLG playbook, or vice versa. Start by diagnosing the motion, then walk the staged path.
English Version
Pick your motion (the flywheel)
PLG (product-driven)
↑
existing traffic + short decision
←─────────────────────────────────→
needs trust + long cycle
↓
SLG (sales-driven)
| Signal | Motion | Reference |
|---|---|---|
| ACV < $1k/yr and decision < 1 week | PLG | Vercel, Supabase |
| ACV > $10k/yr and decision > 1 month | SLG | Snowflake, Databricks |
| In between | PLG-to-SLG hybrid | HeyGen, Deel |
The 5-stage path
| Stage | ARR | Key move |
|---|---|---|
| Pre-PMF | $0–$100k | 10–30 user interviews; confirm the must-have before anything else |
| Early PMF | $100k–$1M | Invest in 1–2 channels deeply — do not spray |
| Growth | $1M–$5M | Add affiliate + integration partners; PLG gets sales-assist |
| Scale | $5M–$10M | Enterprise team, compliance (SOC 2), channel acceleration |
| Ecosystem | $10M+ | Open platform, investor / agency distribution |
Conversion-first: grind signup-to-paid before you scale
Counter-intuitive but field-proven: do not scale traffic until signup-to-paid conversion clears the bar. Below it, paid traffic is negative-ROI ("suicide marketing").
| Benchmark | Threshold |
|---|---|
| ToC AI signup-to-paid | >= 1.5% before scaling (good products: 6-8%; best seen ~40%) |
| ToB AI signup-to-paid | > 10-15% before scaling |
| Teams that actually executed this | 4-8%+ signup-to-paid, and smoother fundraising |
The SOP (200+ teams heard it; fewer than 10 executed):
- Freeze paid ads, influencer pushes, and launch campaigns until the benchmark is hit.
- Find the persona with the highest willingness to pay - talk to one user 5 times if needed.
- Resist FOMO from competitors' PR; hold the line for months.
- Proof case: one coached ToC product stayed quiet for ~6 months, reached 6-8% signup-to-paid - ~$5,000 MRR on ~10,000 registered users - then scaled, and the growth curve (and fundraising) took off.
What ships with it
5 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
