marketing-plan

marketing-plan is a skill for Codex from Infinite-Labs-AI/infinite-skills. It costs 29 tokens per session (392 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A planning guide for organising marketing work into priorities, owners, measures, budgets, and review dates. It covers campaigns, channels, customer groups, and the path from attracting people to retaining them.

In plain words
What is it for?
It is for planning weekly or quarterly marketing activity, campaign calendars, channel focus, budgets, reporting, and growth backlogs. It helps teams set priorities and decide when an idea should be tested or dropped.
Why use it?
It turns a scattered list of marketing ideas into a manageable weekly plan. It also makes clear which work to continue, pause, or stop when results or measurement are weak.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.00392
Opus 5 $0.00015 $0.00196
Sonnet 5 $0.00006 $0.00078
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00039

Measured 12d ago against content hash afa6088cdf24, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-12, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

marketing-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Marketing Plan

Turn scattered marketing ideas into a focused weekly plan with owners, priorities, metrics, and clear kill criteria.

Inventory The Work

Collect:

  • Business target.
  • Current channels and active campaigns.
  • Budget, team capacity, and time horizon.
  • Funnel bottleneck.
  • Known customer segments.
  • Measurement confidence.
  • Ideas backlog.
  • Fixed dates: launches, seasonal moments, renewals, events.

If the team lacks a target or measurement, make that the first operating task.

Sort The Backlog

Classify each idea:

  • Revenue now.
  • Learning.
  • Audience building.
  • Infrastructure.
  • Retention.
  • Brand credibility.
  • Maintenance.

Score by impact, confidence, effort, time-to-feedback, and strategic fit. Keep a separate parking lot for ideas that sound good but do not match the current constraint.

Set The Weekly Rhythm

Define:

  • Weekly focus.
  • Work-in-progress limit.
  • Channel owner.
  • Campaign owner.
  • Decision meeting agenda.
  • Reporting metric.
  • Learning log.
  • Kill, continue, or pause criteria.
  • Parking-lot review rule.
  • Next review date.

Protect focus. A small team should not run every channel at once.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
