Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00036 | $0.00930 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00018 | $0.00465 |

Grade A, and why
niche-selection-for-consultants scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 11d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 39 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Niche Selection for Consultants
When to use
You're deciding what type of client or problem to specialize in. You have some expertise already but aren't sure whether to niche down or stay generalist. You've been approached by multiple buyer types and don't know which to pursue first. You're starting your consulting practice and need to pick a wedge.
The framework
-
Inventory your existing proof. List 3-5 past engagements or results you're most proud of. What industry were they in? What problem did you solve? Who was the buyer? Don't rate them by market size, rate them by how clearly you solved a specific, measurable problem.
-
Map your buyer access. Where do you already have relationships, reputation, or visibility? LinkedIn network, speaking history, past clients, referral sources, alumni networks, community standing. Niche selection without buyer access is fantasy.
-
Identify the repeatable problem. Across your proof examples and your access points, is there a single problem that appears 2+ times? Not "I help tech companies" but "I help Series B SaaS companies transition from founder-led sales to scalable sales ops." Specificity is the moat.
-
Test the niche hypothesis. Talk to 3-5 potential buyers in your target niche. Ask them about their version of the problem, how they currently solve it, what they'd pay for a better solution. If you can't get these conversations easily, your niche lacks buyer access.
-
Commit to the niche for 18-24 months. You will never be the obvious expert in something new if you pivot every 12 months. Pick a niche where your proof is already credible enough to win first clients, then build on that momentum.
How to apply it
A fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) has done three engagements: sales ops redesign for a 20-person SaaS company, sales training for a financial services firm, and pipeline review for a consulting agency. The SaaS engagement felt most energizing, they had strong founder-driven sales but needed processes to scale. The CRO's network includes 40 people in the "Series A-B SaaS" world from conference speaking and a Slack community. Three of those people have explicitly asked "Do you help with scaling sales ops?"
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
