Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00027 | $0.00974 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00014 | $0.00487 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00005 | $0.00195 |

Grade A, and why
productized-service-blueprint scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 35 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Productized Service Blueprint
When to use
You're delivering a custom service but each engagement takes the same shape: same scope, same steps, same timeline. Your pricing varies by client because you're estimating hours. You want to standardize the service, fix the price, and sell it like a product: so you can repeat it 10 times without reinventing it.
The framework
- Map the repeatable delivery engine: Document the step-by-step process you actually follow. Sequence the work: discovery → design → implementation → handoff. Identify what changes per client (scope extension) vs. what's always the same.
- Define fixed scope boundaries: What's included in the service. What's explicitly out of scope (and offered as upsells). Set a 3-month maximum engagement so you're not building custom software disguised as a service.
- Price as a flat fee, not hours: Charge based on outcome value, not effort. If your typical engagement requires 80 hours at $150/hr, the flat fee might be $12K–15K (not $12K). You're building margin so repetition gets cheaper for you, not cheaper for the client.
- Create a delivery checklist and template kit: Build standard templates, workflows, and assets your team or VA can follow. This becomes your unfair advantage: you execute faster each time, margin grows per repeat.
- Design the front-end offer: Name it. Write a 2-3 sentence description of what the client gets. Include a list of 4–6 deliverables and a clear timeline (e.g., "Complete in 6 weeks, 3 touchpoints"). Make it a product, not a proposal.
How to apply it
A B2B copywriter delivers sales-page rewrites for SaaS founders. She works with each founder through research calls, writes 2–3 page variants, revises once, hands off. The whole arc takes 3 weeks, 6 hours of founder time. She charges $3K–4K per client based on "complexity." She has 4 clients at a time; revenue is lumpy.
She maps the delivery: Week 1 (research call + competitor audit) → Week 2 (draft 3 page variants) → Week 3 (feedback round + final) → handoff. Every engagement follows this shape. She defines scope: included are sales-page copy + comp review + 1 revision round. Excluded: full rebrand, ongoing optimization, ad copy.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

productized-service-blueprint is a skill published in the GitHub repository peterod99/consultant-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 27 tokens to every session and 974 once invoked, about $0.0001 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
