Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00034 | $0.01084 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00017 | $0.00542 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00007 | $0.00217 |

Grade A, and why
twelve-vector-account-expansion scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 39 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Twelve-Vector Account Expansion
When to use
Within 30 days of closing an initial client project, systematically map the account for expansion opportunities. Most consultants deliver, wrap up, and disappear. Account expansion is structured internal networking inside an account you already own trust in: the highest-probability pipeline for repeat revenue.
The framework
- Identify horizontal expansion (same buyer, new problems). List 3–5 other initiatives or problems your champion manages that you could solve. Example: You fixed their sales process; they also struggle with customer retention, pricing, or onboarding. Schedule a discovery call with your original contact and ask: "What else is keeping you up at night?"
- Map vertical expansion (other levels or roles). Who else in the organization would benefit from your work? In a 100-person company: salespeople, operations, finance, the CFO, the CEO, other department heads. Vertical expansion is your champion introducing you to peers at their level or to their boss.
- Uncover organizational expansion (sister companies, parent, divisions). Is your client part of a larger group, holding company, or multi-brand org? If they have a parent company or sister divisions, your proof case might open doors there. Ask: "Are there other divisions or companies in your family I should talk to?"
- Discover initiative expansion (adjacent business problems). What strategic initiatives is your client pursuing? Acquisition, expansion into a new market, product launch, cost reduction? Every major initiative needs advisory support. You're not pitching; you're asking: "What's your biggest strategic initiative right now?"
- Explore referral expansion (external connections). Ask your champion: "Who would you refer me to outside your company: a peer, a vendor partner, a board member: who faces similar challenges?" One client introduces you to 3–5 warm prospects. That's referral leverage.
- Build a weekly or monthly touchpoint cadence. Commit to one call per month with your champion (advisory, update, new-opportunity discussion). Visibility = mind share. Disappearing for 6 months means your next outreach feels like a sales call, not a partnership.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

twelve-vector-account-expansion is a skill published in the GitHub repository peterod99/consultant-skills (2 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 34 tokens to every session and 1,084 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-31.
