sprint-plan

sprint-plan is a skill for Claude Code from RamonBedin/mcp-game-deck. It costs 26 tokens per session (335 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A sprint-planning tool for a game project's task backlog. A sprint is a short, focused period of development work, and the backlog is the list of planned tasks.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create a sprint from docs/TASKS.md, update an existing sprint, or report status. It groups work into must-have, should-have, and nice-to-have items.
Why use it?
It turns unfinished tasks into a prioritized work plan and shows dependencies, risks, and progress instead of requiring manual sorting.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00026 $0.00335
Opus 5 $0.00013 $0.00168
Sonnet 5 $0.00005 $0.00067
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00034

Security

Grade A, and why

sprint-plan scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

When this skill is invoked:

  1. Read docs/TASKS.md to get the full backlog with status and priorities.

  2. Determine mode:

    • new: Create a new sprint plan
    • update: Update existing sprint plan with progress
    • status: Report current sprint status
  3. For new mode:

    • Identify all ⬜ tasks ordered by priority (🔴 > 🟡 > 🟢)
    • Follow the critical path from TASKS.md
    • Group into a sprint with Must/Should/Nice categories
    • Output sprint plan with task list and dependencies
  4. For status mode:

    • Count ✅ vs ⬜ vs 🟡 tasks
    • Calculate completion percentage per phase
    • Identify blockers and risks
    • Report critical path progress
  5. Output format:

## Sprint Plan — [Date]

### Must Have (🔴)
- [ ] T-XXX: Description

### Should Have (🟡)
- [ ] T-XXX: Description

### Nice to Have (🟢)
- [ ] T-XXX: Description

### Dependencies
[Task dependency chain]

### Risks
[Identified risks and mitigations]

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
