Execution model

Run one phase at a time. After each phase:

  • Relay all [install] lines to the user
  • If output contains [STOP] → stop immediately, consult the failure decision tree
  • If output ends with [OK] → tell the user "Phase N complete" and run the next phase

Checks system architecture, Python, conda/venv, and whether pinocchio is already installed.
