Unity-AI-Tools-Template CLAUDE.md

Unity-AI-Tools-Template CLAUDE.md is an instructions file for coding agents from IvanMurzak/Unity-AI-Tools-Template. It costs 405 tokens per session, scanned A, original, MIT.

Instructions for using a template repository that creates Unity extensions connected to AI tools. Unity is a game and interactive-app development platform; a repository is a project's stored source files.

In plain words
What is it for?
Creating a new Unity package, opening its test projects, updating its version, checking the current version, and understanding which folder is shipped.
Why use it?
They explain how to initialize packages, generate Unity metadata, keep versions consistent, and test against several Unity releases.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00405 $0.00405
Opus 5 $0.00202 $0.00202
Sonnet 5 $0.00081 $0.00081
Haiku 4.5 $0.00040 $0.00040

Measured 5d ago against content hash 09d23a452ad5, method: parsed. Prices are Anthropic first-party input rates as of 2026-09-05, from the pricing page.

Security

Grade A, and why

Unity-AI-Tools-Template CLAUDE.md scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Unity-AI-Tools-Template

This is the template repo for creating new Unity-MCP extension packages. Boilerplate gets customized by commands/init.ps1 (renames placeholders like YOUR_PACKAGE_ID, YOUR_PACKAGE_NAME). Changes here propagate to every future extension created from it — keep placeholder tokens consistent.

Build / run

# 1. Initialize a new package from the template
./commands/init.ps1 -PackageId "com.company.package" -PackageName "My Package"

# 2. Open both Unity projects so .meta files are generated
./commands/open-all-projects-windows.ps1 # or open-all-projects-unix.sh

# 3. Bump version across all files in lock-step
./commands/bump-version.ps1 -NewVersion "1.0.1" # add -WhatIf to preview

# 4. Get current version
./commands/get-version.ps1

Package source: Unity-Package/Packages/YOUR_PACKAGE_ID_LOWERCASE/ (only this folder ships). Multi-version test rigs: Unity-Tests/{2022.3.62f3,2023.2.22f1,6000.3.1f1}.

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
