- Figures must be nonblank, labeled, reproducible, and joined to source accessions and hashes.
- Captions must include contour levels, software versions, renderer posture, and caveats.
- ChimeraX and Incentive PyMOL are runtime-gated; Mol*, MolViewSpec, open-source PyMOL, Blender, and 3Dmol.js can be public-safe when terms and source compliance are handled.
- Keep scripts, sessions, viewer state, and command ledgers with the dossier.
