Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00046 $0.00899
Opus 5 $0.00023 $0.00449
Sonnet 5 $0.00009 $0.00180
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00090

Security

Grade A, and why

team-polish scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 9d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

/team-polish — Polish Pass Team

Purpose

Polish turns "it works" into "it feels great." This skill orchestrates a polish pass across multiple specialists.

When to Use

  • Feature is functional but feels rough
  • Before a demo or launch
  • After external playtest feedback
  • As part of a dedicated polish sprint

Orchestration Flow

Phase 1: Identify Rough Edges

  1. qa-tester: Play through the feature; note every moment that feels off
  2. ux-designer: Review the flow for friction points
  3. game-designer: Review for fun factor / moment-to-moment engagement

Present a consolidated list to user for prioritization.

Phase 2: Visual Polish

  1. technical-artist: Add juice (particle effects, camera shake, screen flashes)
  2. art-director: Review visual cohesion with game style
  3. ui-programmer: UI animation polish (tweens, fades, bounces)

Phase 3: Audio Polish

  1. sound-designer: Add missing sound effects (every action should have feedback)
  2. audio-director: Review audio mix (not too loud, not too quiet, ducking correctly)

Phase 4: Feel Polish

  1. luau-gameplay-programmer: Adjust timing, animation weights, input responsiveness
  2. game-designer: Tune numbers (damage multipliers, cooldowns, speeds)

Phase 5: Validation

  1. qa-tester: Replay and confirm improvements
  2. performance-analyst: Verify polish didn't tank performance

Steps

1. Scope the Polish

Ask:

  • "Which feature needs polish?"
  • "What specific concerns have you or players mentioned?"
  • "How much time do we have for polish?"

2. Run Rough Edge Audit

  • qa-tester plays the feature with "feel detector" mode: every moment that feels wrong is noted
  • Categorize issues: visual, audio, feel, flow

3. Prioritize

  • Some fixes are 10-minute wins (add a particle, add a sound)
  • Some are bigger (rework the UI flow)
  • User picks which to address first

4. Polish Phase

  • Each specialist addresses their items
  • Each change goes through Question → Options → Decision → Draft → Approval
  • Small changes can batch; big changes reviewed individually

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
