Structured workflow

The sprite generation process follows this pipeline:

  1. Classify — choose asset type, action set, and view angle
  2. Plan — define frame layout table (frames × actions)
  3. Create — build sprite with correct dimensions and layers
  4. Draw base frame — construct the character using primitive shapes
  5. Animate — draw each frame with pose variations
  6. Export — GIF for animation preview, PNG for sprite sheet
