diffdock

A deep-learning tool that predicts how a small molecule may fit into a protein’s three-dimensional binding site. This process is called molecular docking and is used in drug discovery.

What is it for?
Docking molecules from SMILES, SDF or MOL2 files to proteins from structures or sequences, running batches of candidates for virtual screening and reviewing predicted binding poses. It does not predict binding strength.
Why use it?
It gives researchers possible molecule–protein poses to inspect or screen, without requiring a known experimental complex for every candidate. Its confidence scores help indicate how reliable each predicted pose may be.
