Getting it into your agent
One page per mod, every tool's command on it. A separate URL per tool would split the same page into five that compete with each other.

What it costs to keep this loaded
Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00031 | $0.00715 |
| Opus 5 | $0.00015 | $0.00358 |
| Sonnet 5 | $0.00006 | $0.00143 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00003 | $0.00072 |
Grade A, and why
roblox-studio-mcp scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 5d ago.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 47 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
Roblox Studio MCP
When to Load
Load for Studio MCP work: scripts, scenes, assets, debugging, or playtesting. Skip for standalone code generation.
Quick Reference
Route by capability first. Two Studio MCP bridges exist: the official (built into Studio, closed-source) and chrrxs's (MIT). Route on tools/list (get_connected_instances/eval_*/multiplayer_* → chrrxs; list_roblox_studios + per-call studio_id → official) BEFORE bridge-specific bootstrap.
Bootstrap before mutation
- Identify the target via
list_roblox_studios(official) orget_connected_instances(chrrxs). - Pass the target's
studio_id(official) orinstance_id(chrrxs) on every tool call. get_studio_stateand confirm Edit/Client/Server availability.- Inspect the target tree and scripts before changing them.
Execution contract
discover → select Studio/context → inspect → mutate in bounded batches
→ read back → start play → evaluate live → evidence → clean up
Edit-time injection (multi_edit, Edit-context execute_luau) writes scripts; it never targets a running playtest. Live evaluation targets a running VM: start play, wait for the intended Client/Server VM, then evaluate there. A stopped VM is never a live-evaluation target. Pass datamodel_type only where the tool requires it; do not guess from a previous session.
Capabilities
Inspect (search_game_tree, inspect_instance, script_read, script_grep), edit/execute (multi_edit, execute_luau), assets (search_asset/insert_asset, generate_* with wait_job_finished, store_image/upload_image), play/evidence (start_stop_play, get_console_output, screen_capture, input simulation, subagent).
Reliability rules
execute_luauis stateless: re-acquire references every call.- Read before write; read back after every script, asset, or geometry mutation.
- Choose reuse vs generation vs native fallback before asset work.
- Call
wait_job_finishedbefore edits that depend on a generation job. - Command-size limits are bridge-specific. Split large scripts into separate bounded
multi_edit/execute_luauwrites (or supported multi-edit operations), then read back the full payload to verify. - If MCP is absent, provide offline Luau and state what was not verified.
What ships with it
1 file beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

roblox-studio-mcp is a skill published in the GitHub repository TabooHarmony/roblox-brain (42 stars, last pushed 5d ago), licensed MIT. It adds 31 tokens to every session and 715 once invoked, about $0.0002 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-08-30.
