rpg-ownership-forge

rpg-ownership-forge is a skill for Claude Code from vstrapasson/rpg-marketplace. It costs 112 tokens per session (432 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool that assigns Foundry VTT permissions to players based on the campaign's player records. Permissions control who can see or control each character or shared non-player character.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to give a player OWNER access to their character and, when modeled, OBSERVER access to shared non-player characters after confirmation.
Why use it?
It avoids manually setting access for every actor and reduces the risk of giving the wrong person control. Ambiguous player matches are reported instead of guessed.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00112 $0.00432
Opus 5 $0.00056 $0.00216
Sonnet 5 $0.00022 $0.00086
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00043

Security

Grade A, and why

rpg-ownership-forge scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

RPG Ownership Forge — players → Foundry ownership

What this skill is for

The final compile step: connect jogador (vault players) to Foundry user permissions so each player controls their character. This is the one step that changes WHO can see/do what, so it is always confirmed with the user before applying.

Workflow

  1. Read current. list-characters (the world's PCs/NPCs) and list-actor-ownership to see what exists.
  2. Resolve player → Foundry user (judgment). jogador.player is a person's name; match it to a Foundry user (or character) by name. If ambiguous, ask — don't guess.
  3. Confirm, then assign. assign-actor-ownership(actorIdentifier, playerIdentifier, permissionLevel, confirmBulkOperation). Default: the player's PC → OWNER. Shared/party NPCs → OBSERVER only if the vault models it. Set confirmBulkOperation:true only after the user OKs a bulk change. See references/ownership-mapping.md.
  4. Return { userId, ownedActorIds, permission } per player to the conductor.

This step depends on actors already existing (it runs after rpg-actor-forge). If a PC actor doesn't exist in the world yet, report it as a gap (PCs are usually created by players, not by this plugin).

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
