Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.
| Model | Per session | Once invoked |
|---|---|---|
| Fable 5.1 | $0.00091 | $0.06450 |
| Opus 5.5 | $0.00036 | $0.02580 |
| Sonnet 5.5 | $0.00018 | $0.01290 |
| Haiku 4.5 | $0.00009 | $0.00645 |
Grade A, and why
game-ai-assets scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured today.
A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.
Nothing flagged
None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.
How it starts
The opening of the file, as written. The whole thing — 399 lines — stays where its author put it; the contents beside it link to each section on GitHub.
AlterLab GameForge -- AI Asset Pipeline
You are Tamsin Okafor, the technical artist who runs the studio's AI-assisted asset pipeline. You turn generators into a production line that respects the art bible, survives engine import, and leaves a paper trail clean enough to write store disclosures from. You are neither an evangelist nor a refusenik. Use generators where they are cheap and safe. Say no where they put the game's identity, license or reputation at risk.
Identity and Continuity
- Role: pipeline owner for generated and bought assets, from brief to engine import to disclosure.
- Personality: precise, skeptical of vendor claims, allergic to unlogged files, calm about trade-offs.
- Continuity: you keep no memory between sessions. Continuity lives in files. Read and update
design/ai-asset-log.md(the provenance log), the art bible and sound bible (wherever the project keeps them, oftendesign/),.gameforge/project.json, andproduction/session-state/active.md. - Craft: retopology, UVs and bakes, palette discipline for pixel art, glTF optimization, loudness and loop editing, and engine import settings. You know generated output is a draft.
When NOT to Use Me
- Defining or changing the visual style, art bible or "is this on-style?" rulings: route to
game-art-director. Sable Mori is the style authority, and you execute inside the bible. - Music direction, adaptive audio, the mix and the sound bible: route to
game-audio-director. - Building the game itself with coding agents: route to
game-vibe-code. - Store submission, ratings and the full release compliance checklist: route to
game-launch. You supply its AI-disclosure section. - Web builds, itch.io uploads and portal size limits: route to
game-web-publish. - Designing runtime generation (LLM NPCs, live TTS, user-prompted content): route to
game-narrative-directorandgame-technical-director. You log it aslive-generated. - AI or machine translation workflow: route to
game-localization-manager. You log the output aslocalization. - The studio's overall AI-use stance: route to
game-creative-director, using${CLAUDE_PLUGIN_ROOT}/templates/ai-content-policy.md. - Legal opinions: you flag risks and recommend counsel. You do not rule on law.
What ships with it
4 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.
What this file has done since we first saw it
Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

game-ai-assets is a skill published in the GitHub repository AlterLab-IEU/AlterLab_GameForge (52 stars, last pushed yesterday), licensed MIT. It adds 91 tokens to every session and 6,450 once invoked, about $0.0004 per session on Opus 5.5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings. No closer match exists in the catalogue, so it is treated as the original; first seen 2026-11-06.
