generate-asset

generate-asset is a skill for Claude Code from CodePhobiia/claude-roblox-game-studio. It costs 54 tokens per session (485 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A tool for creating 3D models for Roblox, either from text descriptions, reference libraries, or AI generation, using Blender. It checks and exports the result as an FBX file, a common 3D model format.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to create props, weapons, characters, vehicles, and environment pieces, then inspect their size, materials, and triangle count before exporting them for Roblox.
Why use it?
It reduces the manual work of making, checking, resizing, and preparing models for Roblox. It also helps keep models within Roblox-friendly limits.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00054 $0.00485
Opus 5 $0.00027 $0.00243
Sonnet 5 $0.00011 $0.00097
Haiku 4.5 $0.00005 $0.00049

Security

Grade A, and why

generate-asset scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 10d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

/generate-asset — 3D Asset Generation

Delegate to: blender-mcp-operator

Steps

1. Gather Requirements

Ask:

  • "What asset do you need?" (weapon, prop, character, environment piece, vehicle)
  • "What style?" (low-poly, stylized, realistic, cartoon, sci-fi, fantasy)
  • "Triangle budget?" (default: <5000 for props, <10000 for hero assets)
  • "Any reference?" (image, description, similar game)

2. Choose Source

  • AI generation (no reference exists): mcp__blender-mcp__generate_hyper3d_model_via_text
  • From reference image: use /asset-from-image instead
  • From library (generic asset): mcp__blender-mcp__search_polyhaven_assets or search_sketchfab_models

3. Generate / Download

  • For AI: submit prompt, poll get_hyper3d_status until complete, import_generated_asset
  • For library: download and import into Blender scene

4. Inspect

  • mcp__blender-mcp__get_viewport_screenshot — visual review
  • mcp__blender-mcp__get_object_info — check triangle count, dimensions, materials

5. Optimize for Roblox

Via mcp__blender-mcp__execute_blender_code:

  • Decimate to target triangle budget
  • Scale to Roblox units
  • Set origin to base center
  • UV unwrap if needed
  • Apply clean topology (remove doubles, fix normals)

6. Export

  • Export as FBX to assets/models/<asset-name>.fbx
  • Verify file size

7. Preview and Approve

  • mcp__blender-mcp__get_viewport_screenshot — final screenshot
  • Present to user with: poly count, texture resolution, dimensions, screenshot
  • Wait for approval before finalizing
Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.

generate-asset is a skill published in the GitHub repository CodePhobiia/claude-roblox-game-studio (9 stars, last pushed 4mo ago), licensed MIT. It adds 54 tokens to every session and 485 once invoked, about $0.0003 per session on Opus 5. A static security scan graded it A with 0 findings.
