paper-revision

paper-revision is a skill for Claude Code from parkjui92/socsci-paper-kit. It costs 214 tokens per session (3,457 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A workflow for revising an academic paper after journal reviewers send comments. It tracks each requested change, the author's decision, the manuscript edit, and the response letter.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to break reviewer comments into tasks, plan and verify manuscript changes, draft replies, compare the revised paper with the submitted version, and simulate another review.
Why use it?
It reduces missed requests, unsupported claims that a change was made, and unnecessary edits beyond what reviewers asked for. R&R means revise and resubmit, a request to change a paper and send it back for another review.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00214 $0.03457
Opus 5.5 $0.00086 $0.01383
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00043 $0.00691
Haiku 4.5 $0.00021 $0.00346

Security

Grade A, and why

paper-revision scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 1mo ago.

The scan reads SKILL.md. This mod also ships 1 executable file (scripts/revision_diff.py), listed below but not scanned — reading those needs a real analyzer, not pattern matching.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

(Revise & Resubmit)

12_revision_plan.md 리더 반영 항목 → 수정 위치 → 담당
13_revised.md paper-writer(+analyst·investigator)
13_diff.md 리더(scripts/revision_diff.py) 원본 대조 결과

16_rereview.md paper-reviewer(새 인스턴스) 재심사 시뮬레이션

1단계 — 의견 원장 (10_comment_ledger.md)

2단계 — 저자 결정 (11_author_decisions.md) ★사용자 게이트

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
