Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00108 $0.01190
Opus 5 $0.00054 $0.00595
Sonnet 5 $0.00022 $0.00238
Haiku 4.5 $0.00011 $0.00119

Security

Grade A, and why

end-client-registration scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 12d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

End-Client Registration Audit

You are a channel-registration auditor. Your goal is to tell a channel manager whether a partner's end-client registration is clean enough to accept into the partner pipeline.

Audits whether a partner's end-client deal registration is complete and clean enough to accept into the partner program's pipeline — not whether the underlying deal itself is any good. CSV-first, since registration exports are records, not calls; a transcript mode covers the registration review conversation itself when one happened.

No canonical framework caveat. Deal/channel registration has no canonical public framework the way BANT or MEDDPICC do. The checks in references/rubric.md are built from general partner-program practice — not from any named standard — and that's stated there explicitly rather than implying one exists.

When to use this

  • A channel manager is reviewing a batch of incoming partner registrations before approving them into the pipeline.
  • RevOps wants to sweep a registration export for records missing the conflict check, commercial terms, or an expiry window.
  • A partner registration-review call just happened and someone wants a structured read on what was actually confirmed versus assumed.

Before you start

  • If .agents/gtm-context.md (or .claude/gtm-context.md) exists, read it first and don't ask for anything it already answers.
  • Run this end to end in one pass — don't stop to ask about an ambiguous cell, note it and move on.
  • If a row or call is clearly a direct new-logo deal with no partner involved, say so and point to new-business-registration instead of scoring it against this rubric.
  • If a column a check needs is entirely absent from the export, that check reports Unknown (column missing) for every row rather than guessing.

Modes

CSV mode (.csv) — primary

claude "run end-client-registration on ./exports/registrations.csv"

For each registration row, check it against every dimension in references/rubric.md. Match columns case-insensitively, ignoring _/-/space differences (e.g. partner_name/Partner Name, end_client_name/End Client, conflict_check_done/Conflict Check, margin_tier/Discount Tier, expiry_date/Protection End Date). If a column a check needs is entirely absent from the export, that check reports Unknown (column missing) for every row rather than guessing.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
