review-all-gdds

review-all-gdds is a skill for Codex from frabcd/codex-ai-game-studio. It costs 73 tokens per session (313 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

A broad review process that reads all game design documents together and checks whether their rules, references, ownership, and systems agree.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to audit a game's system documents for consistency, balance risks, cognitive overload, and conflicts with the game's core design goals.
Why use it?
It finds contradictions, outdated links, incompatible formulas, economic problems, and design drift that may be missed when documents are reviewed separately.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00073 $0.00313
Opus 5 $0.00036 $0.00156
Sonnet 5 $0.00015 $0.00063
Haiku 4.5 $0.00007 $0.00031

Security

Grade A, and why

review-all-gdds scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 6d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Port provenance: adapted from the pinned upstream source at 984023ddac0d5e27624f2baacde6105e45de375f under MIT; see the repository parity ledger for the exact path and blob.

Review All Gdds

This is a full-fidelity Codex port of a large upstream studio workflow. Its detailed phases, templates, checks, and handoff prompts live in references/full-workflow.md to keep skill discovery lightweight.

Required procedure

  1. Read references/full-workflow.md completely before executing this skill.
  2. Follow its phases in order and preserve all approval, review, testing, and evidence gates.
  3. Adapt shell syntax to the detected platform; use PowerShell on Windows and POSIX syntax on macOS/Linux.
  4. Inherit the active Codex model and permission mode. Never weaken sandbox, approval, provenance, or human creative-control boundaries.
  5. If a referenced project artifact is absent, report the gap and use the documented fallback instead of inventing completion evidence.

What ships with it

2 files beside SKILL.md in the same directory: the scripts, references and assets a skill reads on demand. Not counted in the per-session cost; read them before you install if any of them is executable.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
