hayba-world-partition-streaming

hayba-world-partition-streaming is a skill for Claude Code, Codex from zajalist/hayba. It costs 29 tokens per session (344 once invoked), scanned A, original, MIT.

An Unreal Engine workflow for checking when map areas and their actors become available as a player follows a route. It compares expected actors, timing, and performance at named points in the route.

In plain words
What is it for?
Use it to inspect World Partition streaming during a repeatable play session, review load warnings, and compare performance against a frame or memory budget.
Why use it?
It helps find missing actors, visible pop-in, and clusters of objects loading at the wrong time. It also makes clear which checks the available tools cannot prove.

Token cost

What it costs to keep this loaded

Counted locally with the o200k_base tokenizer, which is exact for GPT models; Claude uses its own tokenizer and its counts differ. Treat this as one consistent yardstick across the catalogue rather than a bill. Prices are per million input tokens.

ModelPer sessionOnce invoked
Fable 5.1 $0.00029 $0.00344
Opus 5.5 $0.00012 $0.00138
Sonnet 5.5 $0.00006 $0.00069
Haiku 4.5 $0.00003 $0.00034

Security

Grade A, and why

hayba-world-partition-streaming scanned grade A with 0 findings against 26 rules in 11 categories — prompt injection, anti-refusal, data exfiltration, privilege escalation, supply chain, agent snooping, system-prompt leakage, SSRF and excessive agency — measured 13d ago.

A static scan of the body, not an audit. Every finding is printed with the line that produced it so you can judge whether it matters here. A mod is markdown that instructs an agent; that is exactly why what it instructs is worth reading.

Nothing flagged

None of the 26 patterns this scan looks for appear in this file: no shell pipes, no recursive deletes, no credential paths, no hidden text, no instruction-override or anti-refusal phrasing, no agent-config snooping. That is not a guarantee, it is the absence of the things that are checkable.

What it actually says

Trace one streaming route

When to use

Use for a bounded route with a missing actor, visible pop, or actor concentration. Record the camera path, expected actors, target platform, and any frame or memory budget. Decide what must be resident at each waypoint before calling the area correct.

Tool routing

  • Read wp_get_streaming_state to confirm the map uses World Partition. Use wp_get_cells only as a fixed-grid summary of loaded editor actors; its bins are not runtime World Partition cell identifiers. Use world_budget_snapshot and scene_export to identify actor classes and loaded concentrations, noting unknown unloaded coverage.
  • Check editor_get_state, then start editor_start_pie if no user session is active. Traverse the agreed route and query editor_pie_actor_list at named waypoints; use editor_stream_log for load or missing-reference warnings. Always finish a session this workflow started with editor_stop_pie.
  • Compare repeatable timings with editor_get_performance_stats if a budget was supplied. The exposed tools do not enumerate real World Partition runtime cell residency or prove why an absent actor failed to load; use Unreal's streaming visualization or logs manually for that diagnosis before changing partition configuration.

Evidence

Report route waypoints, editor loaded-actor baseline, PIE actor presence and timing, log findings, budget measurements, and unknown runtime-cell coverage. Do not claim streaming correctness from wp_get_cells counts or a single actor-list snapshot.

Changes

What this file has done since we first saw it

Hashed on every crawl. A supply-chain change to an agent config is a question of when, not whether, so the history is kept rather than the latest state alone.
